Do the package prices really cover everything?
Yes. Each package includes the defined number of pages, design, setup, SEO, and the agreed photography/videography and launch support for your project. The price reflects not only the visible website, but also concept work, coordination, editing and fine‑tuning behind the scenes.
What if I need more pages than in the package?
The page numbers in each package (e.g. 5, 8-10, 14+) are guidelines for a standard website structure. If you need additional pages, language versions or special layouts, we simply add them at a clear, pre agreed price per extra page, so the scope and total investment remain transparent.
How far do revisions go? Are they really unlimited?
During the design phase, revisions are unlimited at our discretion, as long as change requests stay within the agreed project scope (same concept, same general structure). This means you can refine texts, images and layouts with peace of mind until the result feels right, without worrying about being charged for every small adjustment.
What is covered by the monthly CHF 199.–?
The monthly fee covers technical care (security monitoring, updates, backups) and a defined amount of content maintenance such as text adjustments, image swaps or minor layout tweaks. Larger tasks, like creating new pages, new campaign sections or extensive photo/video updates, are handled as small additional projects so that effort and cost stay fair for both sides.
What exactly is included in photography and videography?
Each package includes on‑site photo and/or video sessions plus professional editing of a defined selection of images and clips, ready for web and social media use. On‑site production is available in most regions of Switzerland; if additional travel time or special locations are needed, we agree on any extra costs in advance.
What about domains, hosting and external services?
Domains, hosting, premium plugins and fonts are fully taken care of by us if you wish. We set everything up, manage the accounts and renewals on your behalf, while all third‑party costs are listed and billed transparently so you always know what you are paying for and which providers are involved
